Car Service Advisor – Roles & Responsibilities Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements. Prepare job cards and record customer complaints. Explain service estimates, repair costs, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repairs. Obtain customer approval for additional repairs. Update customers about service progress. Ensure timely vehicle delivery. Handle customer queries and complaints. Promote value-added services and maintenance packages. Maintain customer details and service records. Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
