Mera Career provides AI-powered career tools including resume building, ATS score checking, interview preparation, cover letter generation, LinkedIn profile optimization, salary intelligence, and job tracking. Services are provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our platform to distribute harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users' experience.
All content, features, and functionality of Mera Career are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using our tools (resumes, cover letters, etc.) remains yours.
Some features require credits or a paid subscription. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Pricing is subject to change with notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
Our AI tools generate content based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed and customized by you before use. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from the direct use of AI-generated content without review.
Mera Career is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
