MAINTENANCE SENIOR EXECUTIVE Food & Beverage (F&B) | QSR | Restaurant 📍 Location: Bangalore & Rest Of Karnataka 💼 Experience: 3–5 Years 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time 👤 Reporting To: Head – Operations About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Senior Executive to manage maintenance and engineering operations across multiple F&B outlets. The role will focus on equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, breakdown management, vendor coordination, cost control, safety, and smooth store operations. Key ResponsibilitiesManage maintenance activities across multiple F&B/QSR outlets. Ensure maximum uptime of refrigeration, HVAC, kitchen equipment, electrical and plumbing systems. Plan and monitor preventive & predictive maintenance schedules. Handle breakdowns and ensure quick resolution. Coordinate with technicians, vendors, contractors, and service partners. Manage AMCs, vendor SLAs, service costs, quotations, and spare parts. Monitor maintenance costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain equipment records, breakdown history, and maintenance reports. Support new store openings, renovations, equipment installation, testing, and handover. Ensure compliance with applicable safety and maintenance standards. Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, RAC, Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience. Experience in F&B, QSR, Restaurant, Bakery, Café, Hospitality, or Retail preferred. Strong knowledge of Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical, Kitchen Equipment, Plumbing, and Preventive Maintenance. Strong vendor management, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills. Willingness to travel across multiple outlets. Preferred CandidateHands-on, technically strong, cost-conscious, and highly responsive, with the ability to manage multiple maintenance priorities in a fast-paced F&B environment. Experience with QSR/Café/Dessert/Bakery chains with 20+ outlets will be an added advantage.
