We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates to handle customer calls and provide excellent support. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. 1.Assist customers with product, order, and service-related queries. 2.Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner. 3.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. 4.Follow up with customers whenever required. 5.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. 6.Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
