As a Databricks + Agentic AI Senior Manager you will lead client support data engineering work focused on designing and building data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions that help turn raw data into actionable insights. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, advise senior stakeholders, and use sound judgment to guide teams through complex work while fostering clear communication, coaching, and operational excellence. In this role at PwC, you will shape delivery within our Advisory practice and within our Data and Analytics Engineering group, applying Databricks and agentic AI capabilities to support modern data platform work, cloud-based data movement, and analytics use cases. Responsibilities - Leading Databricks and agentic AI data engineering workstreams for client modernization initiatives - Designing cloud-native data architectures, pipelines, and integration patterns across AWS, Azure, and Snowflake environments - Building data transformation and validation solutions that support reliable analytics and AI-enabled use cases - Applying Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform capabilities to develop scalable lakehouse implementations - Advising clients on data strategy, platform modernization, and migration approaches for legacy data environments - Managing complex delivery efforts, translating business needs into technical design, and resolving issues that affect timeline and scope - Guiding teams through data modeling, performance tuning, query optimization, and data quality activities - Coaching team members, coordinating stakeholder input, and advancing delivery methods that improve operational efficiency What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 14 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics - Demonstrating experience leading Databricks and Agentic AI delivery initiatives - Applying systems thinking to cloud data modernization and platform architecture - Crafting client-ready messages that translate complex technical concepts - Coaching teams through ambiguity, change, and delivery decisions - Validating outcomes using feedback, metrics, and alternative perspectives - Deepening knowledge of AI, analytics, and data engineering platforms
