About the role
Flutter Developer (Intern → Full-Time)
AI Startup | Retail Conversation Intelligence
We’re an early-stage AI startup founded by 2× entrepreneurs from IIT & IIM , building AI-powered products that solve real-world business problems.
At Jinn , we’re building an AI-powered retail conversation intelligence platform that captures in-store customer conversations and turns them into actionable insights for retailers. Our product helps retail brands understand customer needs, identify missed sales opportunities, improve sales-associate performance, and increase store conversions.
We’re looking for a hands-on Flutter Developer to help build and improve our mobile app, which is used by retail associates, supervisors, and business administrators. You’ll work on real product features involving conversation data, AI-generated insights, device monitoring, and mobile workflows.
This is not just a UI development role. You’ll take ownership of features, solve real engineering challenges, and ship software that is used by customers.

- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to build clean, responsive UIs and write maintainable code.

Good to have:
- Experience publishing or maintaining Android applications on the Google Play Store.
- Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, background tasks, and local storage.
- Experience with audio recording, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, device connectivity, or hardware integrations.
