Role Description The Medical Doctor will provide comprehensive clinical care to patients, including history taking, physical examinations, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include reviewing diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, performing or recommending procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role involves coordinating with diagnostic staff, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and safe clinical practices. The Medical Doctor will educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and preventive health measures, while adhering to clinic protocols and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, with regular patient consultations and participation in clinic meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid medical license/registration to practice.Clinical experience in outpatient and diagnostic-based settings; experience managing common acute and chronic conditions.Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based medicine.Ability to interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic reports, and integrate findings into care plans.Clear and empathetic communication skills for patient counseling, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare teams.Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and adherence to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage a steady patient load, and adapt to clinic workflows and technology systems.Willingness to participate in continuous professional development; specialization or prior experience in diagnostic-oriented practice is an advantage. .
