About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in IT services sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.)
  • Lead generation through Email Marketing & LinkedIn
  • Client communication & proposal writing
  • Requirement understanding & coordination with technical team
  • Follow-ups and deal closure

Required Skills

  • Experience in bidding portals
  • Practical knowledge of Email Marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile App, AI/ML, etc.)
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
