About the role
Key responsibilities:
-Learning while also supporting daily SCP activities -Gain increased autonomy in managing routine supply chain activities like: - Monitor and track inbound shipments to ensure material availability and identify transportation risks. - Support inbound transportation visibility, carrier follow-up, and exception management. - Create, validate, and maintain UIT codes in compliance with Romanian e-Transport requirements. - Support CBAM data collection, supplier follow-up, and declaration preparation for imported materials. - Maintain transportation and compliance records, reports, and performance tracking metrics. - Provide administrative and operational support for increasing inbound volumes, including R/S sourced from China.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical or economic field.
- Must have at least 2 years remaining until graduation.
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
