About the role

This role is ๐ง๐จ๐ญ about basic API development or framework-heavy work. โ–ช๏ธDevelop and implement ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ ๐š๐ฅ๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐ฆ๐ฌ for complex, real-world business problems

โ–ช๏ธIdentify and resolve ๐‚๐๐”, ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ, ๐ˆ/๐Ž, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐œ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ฒ ๐›๐จ๐ญ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐œ๐ค๐ฌ

โ–ช๏ธBuild backend services where ๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ฒ, ๐ญ๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐š๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ are critical

โ–ช๏ธOwn ๐๐จ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ & ๐๐ƒ๐… ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฉ๐ข๐ฉ๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ end-to-end, including:

  • Composition
  • Rendering
  • Optimization
  • High-volume document generation

โ–ช๏ธMake ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐๐ž๐œ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ and take ownership of backend architecture

โ–ช๏ธMentor engineers by setting ๐ก๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐๐š๐ซ๐๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐›๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ฌ

โ–ช๏ธStrong knowledge of

  • Data Structures & Algorithms
  • Multithreading and concurrency
  • JVM internals and memory management

โ–ช๏ธ Proven experience designing ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ ๐š๐ฅ๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐ฆ๐ฌ

โ–ช๏ธDeep backend experience ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐’๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  / ๐’๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐๐จ๐จ๐ญ

โ–ช๏ธStrong understanding of

  • API design principles
  • Fault tolerance and resilience
  • Performance tuning and profiling

โ–ช๏ธAbility to reason about time and space complexity

โ–ช๏ธSolid database fundamentals

  • Query optimization Indexing
  • Transaction management
