About the role
Collection Executive / Debt Recovery Executive We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Collection Executive / Debt Recovery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, contacting customers for payment recovery, and ensuring timely collection while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via calls to collect outstanding payments
- Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely recovery
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
- Fresher and Experienced candidates both can apply
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations Preferred Skills:
- Experience in collections, telecalling, or BPO will be an advantage
