US IT RECRUITER | 1+ YEARS🔎
What You’ll Bring
▪️ 1+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment
▪️ Experience recruiting for IT/Technical positions across various skill sets
▪️ Strong knowledge of US IT Staffing, job requirements amp; recruitment processes
▪️ Hands-on sourcing experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice amp; other job portals
▪️ Strong candidate sourcing, screening, qualification amp; interview coordination skills
▪️ Ability to understand client requirements and identify the right technical talent
▪️ Experience with cold calling, candidate engagement, follow-ups amp; offer coordination
▪️ Good understanding of US time zones, work authorization amp; US IT staffing workflows
▪️ Comfortable working toward submission, interview amp; placement targets

📌 Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
💼 Work Mode: ON-SITE
🌙 Shift: NIGHT SHIFT ONLY
⏰ Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
