About the role
Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesMIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.Customer Base Tracking: Monitor the existing customer base, active users, inactive users, and customer additions.Recharge & Revenue Analysis: Track recharge performance, revenue trends, and customer usage.Sales Performance: Analyze performance by sales executive, distributor, retailer, territory, or location.Base Growth & Retention: Track customer additions, churn, reactivation, and retention.Data Management: Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain accurate data from different sources.Excel Reporting: Use Excel formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and dashboards to analyze data.Target vs. Achievement: Compare actual performance with business targets and highlight gaps.Management Reports: Share daily performance updates and key insights with sales managers and other stakeholders.Required SkillsAdvanced MS Excel and data analysis.MIS dashboard preparation and report automation.Knowledge of SQL and databases, depending on the position.Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.Accuracy in handling large datasets and meeting reporting deadlines
