Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Gulf/International requirements .
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
• Handle bulk and targeted hiring for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain .
• Coordinate interviews, candidate documentation and selection processes.
• Follow up with candidates for offers, medicals, visa processing and deployment.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely closures.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in Gulf/International Recruitment .
• Good understanding of Gulf recruitment processes and documentation.
• Strong sourcing, screening and candidate follow-up skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in consultancy/recruitment agency preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and recruitment targets.
