Job Description – Personal / Executive Driver Position: Personal / Executive Driver Location: Panchkula, Haryana Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5–10+ Years Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience Reporting To: Management / Authorized Person Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced, reliable, and professionally groomed Personal/Executive Driver to provide safe and comfortable transportation to senior management. The candidate must have excellent knowledge of local and highway routes, a valid driving licence, and a strong understanding of road safety and vehicle maintenance. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive senior management safely and professionally for official and personal travel. Ensure timely arrival for meetings, appointments, business visits, and other engagements. Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the management's travel plans and personal information. Maintain excellent knowledge of Panchkula, Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi NCR , and major highway routes. Plan routes considering traffic, weather, road conditions, and time requirements. Maintain the vehicle in clean and excellent operating condition. Conduct daily checks of fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, and other essential components. Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance, pollution certificate, and other required documents. Follow all traffic rules and maintain safe-driving practices. Remain alert and professional during waiting periods and travel. Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel, tolls, parking, and servicing. Be flexible regarding working hours, local travel, and occasional outstation travel. Immediately report any accident, vehicle issue, security concern, or unusual incident. Candidate RequirementsMinimum 5–10 years of experience as a Personal Driver / Executive Driver / VIP Driver. Valid LMV driving licence . Excellent and safe driving record. Good knowledge of automatic and manual vehicles. Strong knowledge of local and outstation routes. Experience driving premium/luxury vehicles will be preferred. Physically fit, punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed. Good communication skills and professional behaviour. Should be trustworthy and maintain strict confidentiality. Police verification/background verification may be required.
