About the role
Key Responsibilities:-
Requirements Documentation:
Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, and SRS to ensure clear understanding of business requirements among stakeholders and the development team.
Wireframing:
Create wireframes and basic process flows to explain project workflows and user interface requirements.
Project Task Management:
Create, assign, and track project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Conduct and support UAT to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in business processes and suggest better solutions.
Team Support:
Guide and support junior Business Analysts when required.
Required Skills: -
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, and Figma
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Knowledge of AI tools such as Notion AI, Fireflies AI is a plus
