Business Development Executive

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in B2B field sales, preferably in Industrial Fuels, Lubricants, Solvents, Chemicals, Heavy Machinery, or Industrial Consumables.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of industrial boilers, burners, furnaces, and fuel specifications (Calorific Value, Density, Viscosity).
• Communication & Mobility: Excellent local language fluency and professional communication skills. Must possess personal two-wheeler/four-wheeler for regular field travel.
• Attitude: Target-driven, self-motivated, comfortable with field travel, and strong negotiation skills. 4. Compensation & Incentive StructureTo drive aggressive growth while safeguarding your cash flow, the compensation package is divided into Base Salary + Performance Commission + Travel Allowance . A. • Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 / month (or adjusted to local industry standards). Travel & Expense Reimbursement: Actual fuel costs for field visits + daily mobile allowance upon submission of logs
