Job Description Position: Production Domain Developer Process Orchestration (BPM) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Pune, Maharashtra Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Role Overview We are looking for Production Domain Developers specializing in Process Orchestration / Business Process Management (BPM) to work on production-domain order flow development and orchestration. The role involves developing new process flows, modifying existing order flows based on business requirements, and performing component-level testing. Key Responsibilities Develop new Order Flows and make required changes to existing flows based on new business/process requirements.Work on BPM-based process orchestration and business process management.Understand functional requirements and translate them into effective process flows/workflows.Perform component-level development and configuration within the BPM/Process Orchestration platform.Complete component testing and ensure the developed flows meet functional and technical requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during development and testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including OSS/BSS, Order Management, and Production Domain teams.Support integration and orchestration across relevant OSS/BSS systems.Maintain technical documentation related to workflows, order flows, and component changes.Required Technical Skills BPM / Process Orchestration Hands-on experience with one or more of the following BPM / orchestration platforms: Blue PlanetEricssonHansenIBM / IBM VelocityNetcrackerEricsson Order CareOther comparable BPM / Process Orchestration toolsDomain Knowledge Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM)Experience in Business Process Modeling / ManagementUnderstanding of Process Orchestration and Workflow ManagementKnowledge of Order Management / Order FlowExposure to OSS/BSS environmentsUnderstanding of telecom OSS/BSS processes and integrations is preferred.Key Competencies Order Flow Development & ModificationBPM / Process OrchestrationWorkflow DevelopmentBusiness Process ModelingComponent DevelopmentComponent TestingProduction Domain / Telecom DomainOSS/BSS IntegrationTroubleshooting & Issue ResolutionPreferred Profile Experience working in a telecom production domain or OSS/BSS environment.Hands-on experience with BPM/process orchestration tools such as Blue Planet, Ericsson, Hansen, IBM Velocity, or Netcracker.Good understanding of end-to-end order flow and orchestration concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with technical and cross-functional teams. .
