Weaving Shift Incharge

Key Responsibilities: Manage complete weaving operations during the assigned shift. Supervise weaving operators and helpers. Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization. Achieve daily production and quality targets. Monitor machine performance and resolve production issues. Maintain production and shift reports. Coordinate with maintenance and other departments. Ensure smooth production flow and minimize machine downtime. Maintain discipline and follow safety procedures. Required Skills: 7–8 years of experience in weaving/textile manufacturing. Diploma in Textile/Apparel Technology. Good knowledge of weaving machines and processes. Strong manpower handling and shift management skills. Good understanding of production and quality control. Experience in ladies suit/fabric manufacturing will be preferred.
