Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) in production environments.
- Perform server installation, configuration, patch management, and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and availability, ensuring high uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot OS, network, storage, and application-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, file systems, permissions, and security policies.
- Develop and maintain Shell/Bash scripts for automation and routine tasks.
- Handle backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and database teams for issue resolution.
- Implement system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance standards.
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and cloud environments when required.
