Process Engineer - SMT

Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and line clearance for SMT processes including Solder Paste Printing, SPI, Pick & Place and AOI before production release. Manage IQC, IPQC, OQC and FQA activities from incoming material inspection through final product release. Identify non-conformities, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA with cross-functional teams. Drive process improvement using 7 QC Tools to reduce defects and improve manufacturing yield. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly ESD audits and ensure compliance with ESD requirements. Participate in AS9100D internal audits and Management Review Meetings (MRM). Maintain calibration records and ensure measuring and inspection equipment are properly calibrated. Conduct Risk Assessment and PFMEA activities to strengthen process controls. Maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, inspection reports, traceability records and quality documentation. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including documentation control and AS9100D compliance. Work closely with Production, Process Engineering, QC, Stores and other functions to ensure consistent product quality. Compensation: 10,000.00 - 85,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
