About the role
Job Description To manage technology support activities through evaluation of system issues, monitoring of application performance and recommendation of solutions that support operational continuity. Responsibilities Provide technical and functional support for the Core Banking System (CBS) and related applications. Monitor application performance and system health to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, user issues, and service requests within defined SLAs. Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams for issue investigation, escalation, and resolution. Support application changes, enhancements, deployments, and post-implementation activities. Maintain incident records, knowledge articles, and support documentation for effective service management. Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions to improve application stability and performance. Ensure adherence to operational procedures, security requirements, and service delivery standards. Qualifications Experience Range : 3 to 8 Years Qualifications Graduate (IT Specialisation) .
