We’re looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant who supports APAC Finance and Controlling by designing solutions, defining processes, and operating ERP applications for efficient regional and global business operations under S4. The role independently manages complex systems, represents IT with strong collaboration skills, and drives future-oriented initiatives such as DRC implementations or AI initiatives with focus on FICO.

About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FI/CO solutions in S/4HANA
• Partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to define and deliver scalable solutions
• Translate complex business requirements into robust system designs and architecture
• Drive system enhancements, process improvements, and transformation initiatives
• Manage and contribute to regional and global SAP projects and change initiatives
• Ensure stable operations by resolving complex issues and guiding users
• Mentor junior team members and share functional expertise

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following

• University degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in finance, business,
• IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-12 years of SAP FI/CO experience, preferably in a multinational / global environments
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and financial processes
• Proven experience in leading implementations and complex projects
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Advanced analytical thinking with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Fluent written and spoken English.
