Requirements Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance processes. Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies. Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, or other Zoho applications. Ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
