Motion Graphic Designer (Freelancer) (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos.
• Create engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand communications.
• Animate UI screens, illustrations, icons, typography, and infographics.
• Edit videos by adding transitions, effects, sound design, and motion elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to understand project requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables align with the brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar creative role (freelance experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe After Effects (Must-have)
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Figma (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in gaming, entertainment, creator economy, or consumer tech startups.
• Knowledge of 2D character animation.
• Basic understanding of 3D animation tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools (Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.).
