Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, supporting the CLM Domestic BFSI team. Your primary focus will be on optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the BFSI industry.

• Oversee daily back-office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations role, preferably in the BFSI industry.

• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
