UX Architect

Role Overview You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences as a Senior UX Architect. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful product outcomes by employing a strong blend of UX strategy, UI design expertise, and technical understanding. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UX architecture and design for web and mobile applications Define UX strategy, design systems, and scalable UI frameworks Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders Ensure consistency in design standards, usability, and accessibility Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements Drive design thinking workshops and mentor UX/UI designers Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries Qualification Required 12+ years of experience in UX/UI design and architecture Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, UI design, and complex problem-solving Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and usability principles Experience with responsive design, mobile-first approach, and accessibility standards Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Additional Details The company values strong leadership and mentoring abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking with a user-first mindset.
