6D Healthcare is a Chennai-based clinician-led lifestyle management company running a 100-Day Daily Monitoring Program for clients across India delivered entirely online. Our multidisciplinary team works at the intersection of nutrition, sleep, stress management, and sustainable behavior change. We serve clients managing a range of conditions from metabolic disorders to post-operative recovery and clinical nutrition is central to everything we do. The Internship This is a hands-on, learning-intensive internship for students of Nutrition and Dietetics who want real clinical exposure not just observation. You will work alongside our nutrition team on meaningful tasks: building speciality recipe databases, documenting cooking methodologies, and getting your first exposure to the clinical nutrition workflows that form the backbone of our programs. If you are someone who wants to graduate with actual work on your CV not just a certificate this internship will give you that What You Will Work On Recipe Development & Documentation Research, develop, and document healthy recipes tailored to speciality clinical conditions, including: Cardiac and post-operative cardiac care low sodium, heart-healthy, recovery-supportive meals Nephrology (CKD / dialysis) potassium, phosphorus, and protein-controlled meal planning Calculate and document macronutrient and micronutrient profiles for each recipe Document healthy cooking methodologies steaming, pressure cooking, air frying, soaking and sprouting, and other techniques relevant to therapeutic nutrition Clinical Nutrition Exposure Observe and assist in interpreting basic lab reports in a clinical nutrition context Get hands-on exposure to Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) principles as applied in real client cases Assist in designing and reviewing diet charts for clients across different health conditions Work with our team to understand how nutrition interventions are adapted to individual client profiles Who Should Apply Eligibility BSc Nutrition & Dietetics / BSc Food Science & Nutrition / BSc Clinical Nutrition - Final Year Students can also apply Students pursuing MSc Nutrition / MSc Dietetics / MSc Clinical Nutrition all years welcome What We Look For Genuine interest in clinical nutrition and medical nutrition therapy not just general wellness Attention to detail, especially with numbers (macros, lab values, dietary targets) Willingness to document work thoroughly recipe writeups, methodology notes, and structured records Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel for documentation Ability to commit to the internship duration without frequent breaks Internship Details Location 6D Healthcare Office, Ekkatuthangal, Chennai Work Days: Monday to Saturday Duration: Minimum 1 month, up to 3 months Stipend : 8,000 per month (consolidated) Mode :In-office only Certificate Provided on successful completion What You Will Take Away Practical experience in therapeutic recipe development for clinical conditions something most students don't get until post-graduation Exposure to real client lab reports and how they inform dietary decisions Working knowledge of Medical Nutrition Therapy frameworks applied in a live clinical setting Experience with diet chart design alongside qualified dietitians A structured internship certificate and a robust reference from our clinical team for candidates who perform well Compensation: 8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
