About the role
Join Mia by Tanishq – a Titan jewellery brand – as a Sales Trainee at our [Spectrum Mall, Sector 75 / Central 50 Mall, Sector 50] stores, Noida. No experience needed. We will train you in jewellery, gold & diamond basics, and customer handling. What you will do: - Greet and assist customers walking into the store - Understand their needs and show suitable jewellery - Explain designs, prices, offers and schemes - Close sales and achieve monthly targets - Keep the display neat and the store presentable - Help with billing and customer follow-ups on WhatsApp Who can apply: - 12th pass, graduates or final-year students (BBA, BCom, BA, hotel management, aviation/hospitality) - Freshers welcome; any customer-facing experience is a plus (café, retail, telecalling) - Good communication in Hindi; basic English - Well-groomed, confident and polite - Lives in or near Noida What you get: - Stipend: ₹10,000 per month + sales incentives (top performers earn ₹1000-2000 extra) - Training on jewellery and sales skills from a Titan brand - Full-time Sales Associate role after [3] months based on performance - Experience certificate Timings: [11:30 AM – 9:30 PM], 6 days a week, weekly off on a weekday (Weekends and festive days are working days) Joining: Immediate
