About the role
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and customization to deliver scalable and high-quality business solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and custom solutions. Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and solution architecture discussions. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Support release management, deployments, and CI/CD processes. Required Skills Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL. Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events. Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies. Experience in data migration and data management tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification - Mandatory. Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) Certification - Mandatory/Strongly Preferred. Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant will be an added advantage.
