B2B - Wireless-Assurance-Field Wireman

Job Summary: We are looking for a Field Wireman to support Airtel’s B2B wireless network operations. The role involves field-level installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoration of wireless connectivity and associated equipment at customer and network locations.Key Responsibilities:Carry out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoration of B2B wireless network equipment.Attend field complaints and ensure timely resolution within defined TAT/SLA.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of network equipment, cables, power connections, and related infrastructure.Handle fault identification and rectification at customer/network locations.Coordinate with NOC, Field Engineers, Team Leads, and other technical teams for issue resolution.Conduct site visits for new installations, upgrades, replacements, and fault restoration.Ensure proper cable routing, termination, earthing, and equipment connectivity as per standards.Maintain proper documentation of field activities, fault closure, equipment replacement, and site status.Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines during field activities.Ensure customer-impacting issues are escalated and closed within the committed SLA.
