About the Role We are looking for a Senior Engineer HVAC to join our Engineering team in Bengaluru. The role will focus on HVAC and mechanical engineering activities across industrial, energy, process, water and heavy industry projects, with responsibility for design development, technical review, coordination and engineering support through the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong HVAC design experience, sound engineering judgement and the ability to work confidently with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Review and verify HVAC and mechanical design packages against project specifications, UK standards and applicable regulationsDevelop and review HVAC engineering solutions for complex industrial projectsIdentify design gaps, scope issues and technical risks, and recommend practical solutionsPrepare and review engineering deliverables, calculations, specifications and technical documentationReview vendor documentation and provide technical input for procurement and vendor evaluationsConduct technical reviews, constructability assessments and design risk evaluationsCoordinate with multidisciplinary engineering, BIM/CAD and project teamsWork closely with consultants, manufacturers and suppliers to resolve technical requirementsProvide technical support during installation, testing and commissioningContribute to value engineering, design optimisation and continuous improvementEnsure engineering deliverables meet required standards for quality, safety and technical complianceDesired Skills & Experience Essential: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering610 years of relevant experience in HVAC and Mechanical EngineeringExperience in Industrial, Energy, Process, Water or Heavy Industry projectsStrong knowledge of HVAC system design and engineering calculationsExperience in reviewing technical documentation and vendor packagesKnowledge of UK and international engineering standardsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working within multidisciplinary engineering environmentsProficiency in relevant engineering/design software and Microsoft OfficePreferred: Experience working on FEED and EPC projectsExposure to HVAC design for heavy industrial facilitiesExperience supporting site installation, testing and commissioningKnowledge of piping systems and multidisciplinary engineering coordinationExperience working with international project teams or UK projectsWhy Join Us Global Exposure Work closely with international engineering and project teams.
