A fantastic SEN school in Oxford is seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic ASD Support Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities as an ASD Assistant

• Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them engage with lessons and participate in school activities.
• Encouraging the development of communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and independent living skills.
• Supporting students with sensory sensitivities, anxiety, and transitions between activities or changes in routine.
• Working alongside teachers, SEN specialists, and other professionals to implement individual learning plans and personalised support strategies.

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
