About the role
CADTech International is a specialist MEP BIM solutions provider based in the UK, focused on advanced plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems for modern storm water and water treatment infrastructure . The company delivers expert public health engineering (PHE) design and fluid system modeling to support reliable, efficient building operations using high-precision 3D and 5D BIM modeling
We are looking for 2 mechanical BIM Modelers with 2 to 5 years of project experience in Plumbing and Drainage projects to join our India team in Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam.
In addition to being an expert in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and Recap. You should have a good understanding of:
- Civil infrastructure and drainage projects
- Drainage layouts, manholes and networks
- Pumping stations and Pump rooms
- Mechanical services and equipment layouts
- Drawing coordination and working with coordinates
- Linking and coordinating drawings accurately
- Basic architectural knowledge
- Civil, mechanical and architectural drawing coordination
- Profile drawings and P&IDs
The ideal candidate must also have excellent English communication skills to confidently work directly with native English speakers.
Salary and benefits are better than industry standards.
