Job Description
What you'll bring
This role suits someone developing their expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and HR business processes. You connect technical requirements to business needs and communicate clearly across implementation teams and stakeholders.
- Experience mapping HR workflows to system requirements, with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors (SF) module configuration — particularly Employee Central or Talent modules.
- Clear communication skills that bridge technical implementation teams and business stakeholders.
- Foundational knowledge of business process analysis and automation, applied to translating client needs into system design.
- A practical and accountable approach to AI — you integrate AI tools and automation into your daily work, apply context engineering to shape better outputs, and take responsibility for the quality of AI-generated results.
- A degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English is required for this role. Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.
What you'll build
You will support end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations for clients across the region. From requirements analysis through to go-live, you will help turn business needs into effective SF solutions.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules — including Employee Central and Performance & Goals — against agreed client requirements.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into system design specifications.
- Execute system testing and support go-live processes for smooth deployment.
- Deliver end-user training after each launch and help address post-go-live issues.
- Assess client processes to surface improvement opportunities and support compliance outcomes.
- Work directly with clients, maintaining clear communication throughout each engagement.
Where you belong
You will join CSD, SAP's business process consulting team, based in Taipei. The team focuses on driving HR transformation for organisations across the Asia-Pacific region, combining deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise with a shared commitment to continuous learning. You will be supported by experienced consultants, given real project responsibility from day one, and actively encouraged to grow your SuccessFactors skills.
