Manager Strategy Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Manager – Strategy & Operations to work closely with the Founder’s Office and leadership team. This role will drive strategic initiatives, solve critical business problems, and ensure execution across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced B2C startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Founder’s Office & Strategic Initiatives

• Partner directly with founders to drive high-priority business initiatives
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured strategies and execution plans
• Own end-to-end delivery of key projects impacting growth, revenue, and efficiency

2. Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights for business decisions
• Build dashboards, track KPIs, and identify performance gaps
• Act as an Individual Contributor (IC) on critical analytical problem statements

3. Business Operations & Execution

• Drive operational excellence across functions (Sales, Product, Marketing, Ops)
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable processes
• Ensure timely execution and measurable outcomes of initiatives

4. Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects across teams
• Align stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives

5. Team Management

• Manage and mentor a small, high-performance team
• Ensure strong ownership, output quality, and execution speed

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Tech from IIT / BITS and/or MBA from IIM (preferred)
• Experience:
• 5+ years of total experience
• 4+ years in Strategy / Operations / Founder’s Office roles in Series A+ B2C startups
• 2+ years of strong hands-on experience working with data as an IC
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering business outcomes
• Strong exposure to cross-functional project leadership
• High ownership, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and high-growth environments
• Age preference: < 30 years
