About the role
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Management support.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and project governance.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in the Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management (WMS), Manufacturing, or Distribution domain.
- Exposure to supply chain transformation, warehouse automation, transportation management, inventory management, or ERP implementation projects.
- Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
Technical Skills
- Project Management Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, Confluence, SharePoint.
- Reporting and dashboard preparation using Excel or Power BI is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis is preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
- PMP (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Scrum Fundamentals / Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – Good to have
PRINCE2 Foundation – Good to have
