Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced OTC professional with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing customer accounts, billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, and resolving payment discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations.
• Handle Accounts Receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing disputes.
• Monitor outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
• Manage accounts receivable reporting and month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issues.
• Identify process improvements to improve collection efficiency.
