• Produce high quality diagnostic images that empower physicians to make accurate, life-saving diagnoses for every patient.
• Advocate for patient safety by strictly managing radiation exposure and meticulously following safety protocols to ensure a "zero-harm" environment.
• Execute precision imaging by expertly positioning patients and selecting exact technical parameters to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
• Manage the digital patient record by verifying data accuracy and lead markers before submission to PACS, maintaining a seamless continuum of care.
• Maintain a high-readiness environment by monitoring equipment performance and optimizing clinical protocols to ensure the department is always prepared for the next patient.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
