NPD Sourcing Process Specialist

Job Requirements

Manage and coordinate the end-to-end NPD process from design brief and vendor development through prototype selection, product coding, proto ordering, catalogue update, product receipt and closure. Ensure timely execution, accurate data, effective follow-up, milestone tracking and adherence to NPD processes and timelines.

Work Experience

4-8 years of experience in jewellery sourcing, NPD, merchandising operations, supply chain, project coordination or manufacturing operations. Strong experience in process management, vendor coordination, MIS and handling multiple activities simultaneously.
