Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support SQL Server databases across Production and Non-Production environments.
- Perform SQL Server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Manage backup, restore, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Monitor and optimize database performance.
- Configure and support Always On Availability Groups.
- Handle replication, log shipping, and failover clustering.
- Troubleshoot database issues and resolve production incidents.
- Support database migration activities, including Azure migration projects (optional).
- Participate in on-call production support rotations.
