Salary:
£55,000–£75,000
Our Client is a leading specialist property firm with a strong focus on development transactions , advising developers and landowners on complex, strategic projects.
The team handles land acquisitions and disposals, site assembly, promotion and collaboration agreements, consortium structures, overage and development finance , working closely with clients to deliver commercially focused solutions.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Property Development Solicitor to join an experienced and highly specialist team. You will advise on a broad range of development matters, including:
- Strategic land acquisitions, disposals and site assembly
- Promotion, collaboration and consortium agreements
- Overage, clawback and conditional transactions
- Planning, Section 106, infrastructure and CIL matters
- Easements, covenants and indemnities
- Development finance and secured lending
- Joint ventures and wider development structures
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in property development
- Strong technical knowledge across development and planning matters
- Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong client management skills
- Able to manage complex transactions and work to tight deadlines
