Sales Executive

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Packaging team, managing existing customer accounts, building strong relationships, and proactively identifying new sales opportunities.

About the Role

• Maintain and support existing customer accounts and encourage growth by recommending solutions and offering added value options in pricing, services and products.
• Respond to customer enquiries by providing prices, product information, quotes and samples.
• Use our customer relationship management system to retain key information, deepen your relationship with and communicate with the wider team.
• Support the activity of Field Sales in the development of their customer portfolio by proactively selling products/services, and contribute towards action plans for a specific customer portfolio to improve customer satisfaction, increase market share, and increase profitability.
• Process Stock and Indent customer orders, completing the administrative processes to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time

Requirements

• Confidence in sales and cross-selling with a customer-first approach
• PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to prioritise workload and multitask activities
• Capability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
