About the role
- Identify training needs and develop annual/quarterly training plans aligned with resort objectives and Six Senses brand standards.
- Lead the planning and implementation of Host engagement initiatives and activities
- Design, organize, and deliver training programs covering host orientation, service excellence, operational procedures, leadership development, and sustainability practices.
- Plan and coordinate training events, workshops, host engagement activities, and internal learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with Department Heads to develop departmental training plans, monitor on-the-job training, and improve host performance.
- Build, coach, and support Departmental Trainers to ensure effective and consistent training delivery across all departments.
- Develop and update training materials, SOPs, presentations, and learning tools in line with brand standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and follow-up; implement improvements where needed.
- Coordinate mandatory training and external learning opportunities, while maintaining accurate training records, calendars, and reports.
