About the role
Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the daily activities of OPC Executives. Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. Monitor team attendance, productivity, grooming, and discipline. Provide on-the-job coaching and training to OPC Executives. Ensure quality lead generation as per company guidelines. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Manage kiosk branding materials, promotional inventory, and event requirements. Identify new opportunities for lead generation and customer acquisition. Resolve customer queries and escalate concerns when required. Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Lead generation targets achieved. Lead quality and conversion ratio. Team productivity and attendance. Event execution effectiveness. Sales contribution from generated leads. Employee retention and engagement within the OPC team. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in OPC, Marketing Promotions, or Lead Generation. Minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Willingness to travel and work in field-based environments. Location: Andheri Industry Preference: Hospitality, Vacation Ownership, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or Direct Sales.
