About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction and refresher training for Collection Executives
- Train employees on collection & recovery techniques
- Conduct mock calls, role plays and objection-handling sessions
- Coach employees on PTP, negotiation and customer handling
- Monitor calls and provide performance feedback
- Identify skill gaps and conduct improvement training
- Support new joiners during the nesting period
- Track training performance and assessment scores Requirements: ✔️ Strong collections/process knowledge ✔️ Excellent communication & presentation skills ✔️ Good coaching and mentoring abilities ✔️ Experience in NBFC/FinTech/Banking
