Candidates for tenure track Assistant Professor must demonstrate potential for carrying out high quality research, and should have completed or close to completing Ph.D. Associate Professors should have a proven track record of high-quality research, teaching and mentoring of junior faculty. Professors are additionally expected to provide academic leadership at the School. Teaching hours and remunerations are highly competitive within India, with generous start-up and seed grants. Faculty also get annual international conference travel support and development-allowance to facilitate research. Candidates are expected to possess an enduring commitment to scholarship, and are required to provide evidence in support of their research productivity in their respective focus area over the last three years.
