Java Developer - (CREQ264749) Description Job Title Full Stack Developer (Java, React & AI-Assisted Development) Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to drive the next generation of our digital platform through rapid application development and AI-assisted engineering practices. This role combines contemporary frontend development with scalable backend engineering, enabling the transformation of high-fidelity Figma designs into production-ready React applications while building secure, high-performance backend services using Java Spring Boot or Node.js. The ideal candidate will embrace AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, and Node.js. Translate high-fidelity Figma UI and UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive React components that align with design specifications. Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using React and integrate them seamlessly with backend services. Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar platforms to automate repetitive coding tasks, generate boilerplate code, and accelerate software delivery. Implement enterprise-grade application architecture while applying AI and Generative AI concepts, including agentic application patterns where appropriate. Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Ensure application scalability, maintainability, security, and adherence to software engineering best practices. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
