About the role
- Field Recruitment: Visit assigned field locations and conduct local rider sourcing activities to fulfil manpower requirements.
- Rider Sourcing & Screening: Identify, approach, screen, and coordinate with delivery riders through field visits, local hiring drives, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Rider Hiring: Achieve daily/weekly rider hiring targets as per business requirements.
- Rider Onboarding: Support rider documentation, onboarding, activation, and joining processes.
- Rider Management: Monitor rider attendance, availability, productivity, and live status.
