About the role
POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Governance Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting the corporate governance, compliance, and entity management needs of a privately held global corporation operating across multiple jurisdictions. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills are imperative in carrying out the work of the Legal Governance team as you partner with the other Senior Governance Paralegal to divide the governance of our entity portfolio. This role will have direct visibility to C-Suite executive team and shareholders.
